At Smarter by 1 Degree , purchasing your next course is quick and easy! You can register for any class directly through your Student Degree Plan no separate login or extra steps needed.

Follow these simple steps to get started.

Step 1: Open Your Student Degree Plan

Begin by opening your Student Degree Plan. You’ll see a list of all the courses available to you, including your General Education and Core classes. Find the course name you’re ready to purchase.

Step 2: Hover Over the Course Name

Move your mouse over the name of the course, when you hover, you’ll see a purchase link appear.

Click the link to open the checkout page for that specific class.

 Tip: Make sure you’re logged into the correct SB1D account before purchasing.

Step 3: Complete the Purchase Form

After clicking the link, you’ll be directed to the SB1D Payment Portal.

Here, you’ll see:

• The course title

• The purchase price

• A short form requesting:

  • The student’s name

  • The student’s email address
    

Once completed, click Proceed to Checkout.

Step 4: Enter Payment Details

On the checkout screen:

1. Enter your payment information.

2. Review your order for accuracy.

3. Click Complete Purchase.

That’s it!

Step 5: Watch for Your Classroom Invitation

Once your purchase is complete, the student will receive an email invitation to join the new classroom.

The email will include:

• A link to accept the course invitation

• Instructions for creating or logging into the SB1D Portal

• Immediate access to start the course lessons
