Your Student Degree Plan is the central document that keeps you organized throughout your Smarter by 1 Degree (SB1D) journey. It shows every course you’ll take, tracks your completed credits, and gives you easy access to all of your tools and resources. Here’s a quick overview of the three main tabs you’ll find and how to use them.

Tab 1: Degree Plan

This is the main overview of your academic pathway.

Here, you’ll see:

  • All of your dual credit courses, organized by year

  • Each courses' credit value

  • Links to your Quick Reference Guides (QRGs), support resources, and helpful documents

This first tab acts as your “home base”  it gives you a full snapshot of your degree and all the tools you need to manage your progress.

Tab 2: Schedule

The Schedule Tab acts as your personal course tracker. It lists every class you’ll take throughout the program in order, almost like a running ledger.

Here’s how to use it:

  • Review which classes are planned for each academic year

  • Mark completed courses by using the strikethrough feature (so you can easily see what’s done vs. what’s next)

  • Keep a clear record of your course sequence and completion progress

Pro Tip: Striking through completed classes helps you visualize your progress and stay motivated as you move forward.

Tab 3: High School Plan

The High School Plan Tab maps out all of your SB1D courses as they align with high school requirements.

You’ll use this tab to:

  • Record high school grades as you complete each course

  • Keep track of which subjects meet core graduation requirements

  • Easily reference your data later when preparing your high school transcript

This tab keeps your records organized so when it’s time to finalize your transcript, everything you need is already listed and ready to go.
