Troubleshooting Edpuzzle

If your Edpuzzle lesson isn’t working, try these quick steps before reaching out most issues can be fixed in just a few minutes.


1. Lesson Won’t Submit

  • Make sure you watched the entire video and answered all questions.

  • Scroll down — look for a Submit button (sometimes hidden at the bottom).

  • If it still won’t submit:

    • Switch browsers (use Chrome or Safari)

    • Or use the Edpuzzle app on your phone/tablet:

    • Clear cookies/cache and restart your device.


2. Video Won’t Load

  • Try another browser or device.

  • Check your Wi-Fi connection.

  • Turn off ad blockers or pop-up blockers.

  • Clear your browser cache and cookies.


3. Need to Redo a Lesson

  • Go to your Edpuzzle dashboard.

  • Find the class and lesson, and click Retry.

  • If Retry isn’t available, ask support to reset it for you.


4. Questions or Video Not Showing Correctly

  • Rewatch the video and answer all questions again.

  • If the issue continues, note the video name and let us know — you’ll still get credit once verified.


5. Still Stuck?

Email support@smarterby1degree.com and include:

  • Student name

  • Class name

  • Lesson title

  • Screenshot of the problem

Our team will review it and make sure you get credit for your work.
