If your Edpuzzle lesson isn’t working, try these quick steps before reaching out most issues can be fixed in just a few minutes.
1. Lesson Won’t Submit
Make sure you watched the entire video and answered all questions.
Scroll down — look for a Submit button (sometimes hidden at the bottom).
If it still won’t submit:
Switch browsers (use Chrome or Safari)
Or use the Edpuzzle app on your phone/tablet:
Clear cookies/cache and restart your device.
2. Video Won’t Load
Try another browser or device.
Check your Wi-Fi connection.
Turn off ad blockers or pop-up blockers.
Clear your browser cache and cookies.
3. Need to Redo a Lesson
Go to your Edpuzzle dashboard.
Find the class and lesson, and click Retry.
If Retry isn’t available, ask support to reset it for you.
4. Questions or Video Not Showing Correctly
Rewatch the video and answer all questions again.
If the issue continues, note the video name and let us know — you’ll still get credit once verified.
5. Still Stuck?

Student name
Class name
Lesson title
Screenshot of the problem
Our team will review it and make sure you get credit for your work.
