Your Final Exam is an important step toward earning your college credit. Please read these guidelines carefully to make sure your session runs smoothly and your results are valid.
Exam Overview
Time Limit: You have 2 hours to complete your exam.
Format: 50 multiple-choice questions.
Passing Score: A 70% or higher is required to pass the course.
Navigation: You can move back and forth between questions before submitting.
Proctored Session: This is a monitored exam, and academic integrity rules apply.
Academic Integrity Expectations
Smarter by 1 Degree takes academic integrity seriously. To protect your earned college credit, you must follow all exam procedures.
During your exam, you must:
Be alone in a quiet room — no one else can be present.
Unplug or turn off any additional monitors.
Keep only one Chrome tab open (the exam).
Avoid any music, talking, or background noise.
Refrain from using cell phones, tablets, or other devices.
Not Allowed:
Printed course materials or screenshots
Communication with others (in-person or online)
Searching online for answers
Using AI or external apps for assistance
Any violations may result in your exam being voided or your credit denied by the college.
What You Can Use
We want you to feel confident and prepared! You may use:
Handwritten notes or flashcards from your End-of-Course (EOC) Review
(Printed materials, typed notes, or screenshots are not allowed.)Basic calculators for math exams
Scratch paper, shown during your room scan
Tip: Organize your notes before you start so you can focus on the questions.

Photo ID Requirements
You must present a valid photo ID before launching your exam. Acceptable IDs include:
Driver’s License or Learner’s Permit
Passport
School ID or Military ID
State-issued ID card
Don’t have one? You can request a low-cost Homeschool Student ID (about $5) or visit your local DMV to get a State ID.

If your exam freezes after you click Submit, don’t panic!
Simply click Refresh your answers are automatically saved.
